Uric acid will not be removed from the blood through excretion, and will make uric acid levels in the number of abnormal (higher). To prevent dehydration and keep the kidneys working properly, drink water throughout the day and especially during exercise or if the temperature of the heat broke one way that we can take.
  2. Foods that contain lots of purine. Purine nitrogen-containing compounds, both performed in the cells of the body, or taken into the body with food. Excess purines can cause elevated levels of uric acid, which can accumulate in tissues and form crystals, resulting in high levels of uric acid in the blood. Foods high in purine, including organ and red meats, and seafood in moderation (food cans), is the cause of the higher uric acid in the body.
